Thomas Vermaelen has settled in well in Arsenal defensive line-ups alongside William Gallas this season. To date, they have scored 9 goals between them but at the same time making sure the defense are tight at the back.
There is no plan for Arsene Wenger to rotate them with other centre backs as he does not want to break the Gallas-Vermaelen harmony.
"Both have good understanding of each other, and it's not worth to take a gamble if I'm not forced to do it", Wenger adds.
But Wenger believes he has enough cover for both of them when the time comes. Senderos is getting better and Silvestre is working very hard in training.
